The first picture shows the cut and padding placement of this product. The second shows a
thickness comparison between this product and the Abena X-Plus Briefs. Abena are on the left in the
photo and Mega Careline on the right.

- In general I am NOT impressed with these diapers.
They go up against Molicare and Abena and, in my opinion, they are
out of their league. They can compete with Attends,
Depend.
OK, after having some problem with taping the first
couple of diapers on...lower tapes didn't fit
right.....I took a look at a spread out diaper. And
how many times do you spread out a diaper and really
look at it? If you're like me you just unfold, find
the tapes and stick that part in back and go. Look at the first picture to see what I found. Now a diaper can be
cut deeper in the back than in the front but not the
reverse. Look at the side width: 8 1/4" for the back
portion of the wing and (30 1/2 -19) 11 1/2" for the
front. Next you see the rediculously skimpy cutout for the
leg opening. So that's why I was having trouble taping
these suckers on!
Wore one to work for a real world test. A Moli or
Abena would take me from 6 am to 3 pm with no problem.
But with the MCL I was feeling uncomfortable by 11 AM
and actually leaked by noon. Wonderful! That's about the performance I get from Attends and
Depend, hence that comparison. I wouldn't even dream of wearing one to bed.
